7 Mont Jean - #4 Garden Suite

January 4th to May 1st, 2010 900€ per week

We are happy to offer our #4 Garden Suite to guest. This studio is the smallest and most affordable of all our spaces. It has a queen size bed with built in closet.The space is air conditioned. There is a table with two chairs, microwave and stove top for snacking.

Entrance to the #4 Garden Suite is from the entrance Parking. There is a small entrance front porch with 3 french doors as seen below the left part of the building.

The shower room shown below has glass block shower, sink and WC with a long dressing table.

7 Mont Jean Pool Suite #3 -

Suite #3 is normally booked with Villa La Belle Aurore as the third bedroom. It is available from time to time to rent independantly. Contact us for availability. Weekly offered at 990€ per week.

Private quaint suite is on the pool level of the main villa with a private entrance kitchen. Furnishings include queen size bed and side tables with lamps. The bathroom has a shower and WC with separate dressing table and sink next to full length windows overlooking the bay. Amenities include AC with remote, two chairs, coffee machine, cook top and outdoor kitchen sink.. This suite is directly under the main villa and access is from the parking lot down steps toward beach. The studio is not handicap accessible and best suited for two adults. No young children in this suite. There is no pool access with the studio.

7 Mont Jean - KIFI Studio #1

Studio #1 is - booked

Entrance to the Studio #1 is from the parking down sidewalk through garden. There is a privacy entrance onto the terrace. Private terrace half covered with two lounge chairs and cafe table.

Full kitchen, bar and table. Air conditioning and great view to the sea and garden

Studio Suite #4: Entrance to the Studio Suite #4 is on the garden level of La Belle Aurore. Access to the Studio Suite #4 is either from the pool level of La Belle Aurore or from the driveway down steps. The Garden Studio suite opens onto a private covered outdoor terrace with breathtaking view of the tropical gardens, Marigot bay and the ocean. Furnished with a Queen size bed, couch, chairs and AC with remote. This suite is large with both a sitting area and kitchen. The ensuite bathroom has a shower and WC and sink. The efficiency kitchen has a full size gas stove , oven, refrigerator with freezer and place setting for 4 persons outdoors. Amenities in the Studio Suite #4 include AC with remote, efficiency kitchen. The Studio Suite #4 is great when you want to be part of the group and still have your own privacy including kitchen and terrace. The suite was newly furnished and renovated in November 2002.
